Unless otherwise noted, products sold at gamestock.ecrater.com are brand new, and many are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
We gladly accept returns initiated by e-mail to [email protected] within three days of receipt.
If the item is returned unopened and in its original condition, your payment will be refunded minus a 5% processing and handling fee. All shipping charges (both to and from) are non-refundable. If you experience a problem with your purchase or have any questions, please contact us right away at [email protected] to ensure refund eligibility.
Cancellation requests initiated within one business day and prior to shipment will be honored; your credit card will not be charged.
