How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
The vast majority of our orders are processed within three business days, though many are handled in as few as 24 hours. We ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, and a variety of services provided by the USPS. Transit times do vary based on your location and the distance traveled, but most products arrive within two to five business days following shipment. Thus, you can normally expect to receive your order in seven or fewer business days. Note: while we make every effort to ship as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for transit times once the package has left our facility. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day. For items over $250.00, we will provide a tracking number and a signature will be required by the shipping company. For orders over $500.00, we reserve the right to hold your order for two business days or until the payment clears. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. central.

Can I return my purchase for a refund?
Most products sold at gamestock.ecrater.com are brand new, and many are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. For the Wii Console and Wii Fit game, repairs, returns, or other technical problems must be submitted directed to the manufacturer. Also, we do not accept returns on toys. For other items, we gladly accept returns initiated by e-mail to contactstock@gmail.com within three days of receipt. If the item is returned unopened and in its original condition, your payment will be refunded minus a 5% processing and handling fee. All shipping charges (both to and from) are non-refundable. If you experience a problem with your purchase or have any questions, please contact us right away at contactstock@gmail.com to ensure refund eligibility. Cancellation requests initiated within one business day and prior to shipment will be honored; your credit card will not be charged. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. central.

Why did I receive a receipt from another merchant?
Occasionally we acquire inventory from other vendors to maintain our supply of high-demand products. In such cases, we often include the initial receipt as a courtesy to you for warranty purposes. In addition, you may print out your gamestock.ecrater.com receipt from the e-mail sent to you automatically by Google Checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we offer our customers two payment options. To pay via Google Checkout (our preferred method), simply click the Google Checkout icon on the shopping cart page. To pay via Paypal, select "alternative checkout" and proceed by entering your Paypal information. If you wish to pay by money order, please contact us.

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?
In the future, we hope to offer additional shipping options. However, at this time, we use ground shipping through UPS, FedEx, and the USPS exclusively.

Do you combine shipping?
On most items, we do not offer combined shipping. If you are interested in bulk purchases, please contact us for a price quote.

Is this product brand new or used?
The condition of each product we sell is described near the top of the page under the name of the item. From top to bottom are: shipping, sales tax (if applicable), and then the condition.
